Hi everybody. I became very sensitive about my temperatures, fan noise etc. And that`s why I have a question. How to control fan speed in this notebook. I was looking for solution very long and couldn`t find anything. What I found didn`t work.
When I`m normally using my leptop(such as web browsing, listening to the radio) fan is going on the maximum RPM ;/ It`s frustrating me. Please help if somebody knows how to deal with it

Cycling of the fan, where it speeds up for a few minutes and then slows back down, is considered "normal" behavior. Peaking at 72° C seems to be pretty good IMO. The only good option I am aware of to help would be the use of a laptop cooler (another fan). Some laptop coolers have large fans that run quieter so they aren't as annoying as the built-in fan, like this one http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA6FR2337622 with a 200mm fan, I'd think it would be near silent plus provide additional airflow through the vents. I don't have any personal experience with that model though so, ...
I would suspect some blockage of the vents if the laptop is over a year old. You can monitor your temps (I use CoreTemp for that) to see if they are high (usually over 80° C), if so, you'll want to give your laptop a thorough physical cleaning (disassembly require to do it correctly)
Here are two videos that may be of help https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JAfHwlP8DRk is a complete disassembly guide but some of the things he does (like remove HDD from it's sled) aren't really necessary, and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KOtQL0zloyE as a slide show
If nothing else, you'll have an idea of what needs to be done.

If not wanting to get into your laptop and the temps show as high, I'll suggest finding a local shop that can clean it for you.

Not absolutely sure that's what's going on but, that's my initial suspicion
