How to install SSD + HDD setup on Dell Inspiron 3268 Small Desktop PC?

Below is my configuration

7th Generation Intel Core i3-7 100 processor (3MB Cache, up t o 3.90 GHz)
4GB (1X4GB) Single Channel, DD R4, 2400MHz; up to 32GB
Chipset Intel H110

You can only use one or the other as that case only has room for one storage device.

Only other option would be to dump the DVD Drive and put a 5.25 to 3.5 adapter there and then use another 3.5 to 2.5 adapter to install SSD there.
