Open the PC and see if there is room for the card. It is 167mm long.
Next read the nameplate on the PSU. Let me know what the +12v specs are.

Nope, no Dual barcket card will fit, sorry

Fans are facing down toward the PSU.

The strongest regular consumer card to fit there is GT 1030.

Taiwan produces slim GTX 1050TI, but the price of it is around $260 USD, which is probably the price of your PC.

This is the best what can fit MSI GeForce GT 1030 DirectX 12 GT 1030 2G LP OC 2GB https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814137139

Height and length of the card is not important in this situation, the width is important. The card must be as flat and thin as possible for good ventilation.

This is what I mean - MSI card

That one might fit, but it would be poorly ventilated due to the FAT card shroud and protruding fan (GIGABYTE GeForce GT 1030 DirectX 12 GV-N1030OC-2GI 2GB)

I did search for similarly flat GTX 950 and even GTX 750 TI - nothing comes close to MSI GT 1030 flatness.

So, sorry, you are out of options here.
