I'm looking to buy the following keyboard:

It is very similar to the SK-8135 that they discontinued a few years ago. I love that one but its expensive now to buy new. However, the link above appears to be the same thing only designed for French users. Beyond that however, would it still function normally in a US system? Or would it be totally different?
