Is this the old xD card? If so you'll likely not find an adapter anywhere outside Ebay or perhaps Amazon. Otherwise you can connect the camera directly to the computer assuming you have the cable.

It is the Olympus Camedia stylus 300/400 digital, I believe an XD sd card...My card cannot be read in that laptop unless there is an adapter, I believe

Looking at Amazon for "sd card reader" leads to dozens, connectable by USB.


I have a very much older Olympus camera, C-3000z, that uses SmartMedia cards.

Not an SD card, an xD card it seems. Was a short lived standard trumpeted by Olympus and Fuji in the early 2000's. I have quite a few cameras and cards and precisely ONE adapter. They weren't very widespread and are hard to find today. If OP has the (Olympus proprietary) cable the camera will plug directly into any USB port and photos can be transfer from there. Fortunately the cable is still in use and they can be found easily online.
