Dell laptop problem. Please help

Hi everyone,

My laptop screen randomly changed to coloured horizontal lines with and advanced options window opened, also making a beep noise. My laptop volume also randomly turns down by it self. Do I have a virus?

The only way to know is to run some good deep scans for viruses. Personally it sounds a lot like you may be having motherboard problems.
