Dell laptop screen problem

My dell laptop screen is showing lines on left side of screen. firstly, it was one by then no of lines are increasing. now there are four lines. can anyone help please?

Try reinstalling the graphics drivers, but 99% chance it's just screen failure. If the laptop is in warranty period, have it replaced, if not you'll have to pay for replacement
