Question Dell Latitude 7420 Num Lock Overlay notification ?

I am using a wireless numpad with dell latitude 7420. Everytime I press any key on the numpad, the laptop will show an on-screen overlay indicating the num lock is on then off immediately causing the overlay to keep blinking on and off.

I am unable to go into bios or change registry because it is a company issued laptop.
Any idea how I can make the overlay stop appearing when I use num key?

Company laptop, contact your IT support if you don't have any admin rights to make changes. You may need to disable this overlay from the laptop software.
