dell Latitude E5450 - Does not turn on

hi,
This is my first post. I have Dell E5450 laptop it does not start.

When i plug in the charger it only shows white solid power led only no battery led glows. When i press power button it does not turn on.
I have done the following steps but cannot figure out what is the problem.
1) I have hold the power button for 2 mins by plugging out the battery first.
2) Changed the ram
3) Changed the power button ribbon.
4) Changed the Dc Jack.

So, what could be the possible reason that it does not even turn on.
Is power board failed or Mobo is dead?

Hi,

You've pretty much done most of the possible troubleshooting steps to identify the issue. I would say that the motherboard is your suspect there.
