Hello again. I got a quick question. I recently bought a used laptop.
Dell Latitude e6430
specs:
i5 3210M
nvs 5200m
8gb ram
320gb hdd
win7
Bought it for 150£ but I found out that it has slots for upgrades.
1 x ExpressCard/54 ( 1 free )
1 x PCI Express Mini Card ( 1 free )
2 x PCI Express Half Mini Card ( 2 free )
Now my question is: are there any dedicated graphic cards, that i can use for this thing?

No. Dedicated GPUs used in laptops are mounted in a MXM slot.

Not that I am aware of. Keep in mind that you also have limited space to install (and cool for that matter).
