This video summarize the issue I am facing.
Whenever I turn on or turn off any appliances in any room, my monitor (Dell U2414Hb) screen goes blank for few seconds before it comes back to normal. This happens sometimes even when I plug in the charger to my laptop. I thought it could be due to grounding issue, but the Ground to Neutral voltage is less than 1V. I tried to see if there's any huge spike in voltage using the oscilloscope. There's a noise (due to the denouncing of the switch?). I tried different power cable and different HDMI cables but no difference.
