I have a dell optiplex 755 desktop Iam putting a GeForce gtx 960 4gb in Iam using a pcie exstender but got a chance to 650 watt Jupiter bronze rates 80 over will it fit in my case my computer is not the mt but the 2nd the dt plz need help asap

Which version of the OptiPlex 755 do you have? MT, DT, SFF, USFF? If this is the PSU, nope, I wouldn't spend anything on that PSU.

Silverstone makes a 350W TFX PSU with a 6 pin PCIe cable. The 960 is 120W TDP so it should run OK off of that with a 6/ 8 pin adapter.
