It happens most of the time when I put it in sleep mode and then after I wake it up it restarts or shutdowns by itself. I think it can be a psu problem or maybe the bios because I updated it. I don't know what to do.
That's a crappy OEM power supply, not suitable for gaming. It's probably being overloaded and tripping it's protective circuits. The first thing I'd try is replacing that PSU.
I did a quick search; this model is currently on sale:
When it restarts or shuts down, how does it happen? That is, do you see the Windows shut down/restart process or does it just go off instantly? If it goes off instantly, that sounds suspiciously like a PSU issue. Do you have anything you can test with? On the other hand, if this is just triggering a Windows shutdown, there could be a software issue. What version of Windows is installed?
Alright, but is it an instantaneous shutdown? If it happens only when playing the game it's possible the PSU is being overloaded. That somewhat older model isn't meant for gaming. What are the full specs (does it have a video card, and does it still have it's original PSU)?

Yest it's an instantaneous shutdown and yes it only happens when I play the game. Here are the specs of my psu

Be sure and check the power on the 5V. rail on any PSU you buy. Old dells use more power there than newer computers. Some of them won't work due to that.
