Dell Optiplex 780 not power on

My Dell Optiplex 780 mini tower works fine yesterday. But today it's not opening. When switch the power button I hear the processor fan rotation sound but no display to monitor screen and no power to keyboard or mouse.

Sorry, I didn't want to vote you down but it's my buggy mobile touch screen. My pc is 2010 model and can't answer with further info cause I not in home right now. After returning home from versity I will check the pc.

Thank you for reply. After returning home I tried to open my PC again and it starts fine. I guessed some problem may have occured my PC was in sleep mode (but confused) and gone to some crucial condition which needed to completely disconnected from power source. I have done it and finally it's fine now.

All you did was disconnect the power source? Im having the same issues and i have tried disconnecting the power source to no avail,
