Actually I am planning to buy CPU for video editing kind of stuff. and want to upgrade its GPU with GIGABYTE GV-N75TOC-2GI G-SYNC Support GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB 128-Bit GDDR5 PCI so since Dell 9020MT has power connector problem, could this solve the problem.

That is a difficult question, actually. This particular Optiplex has power supply with proprietary 8 pin connector, so you can not connect standard PSU to motherboard so easy.

You need adapter.
Dell OptiPlex 9020 PSU Main Power 24-Pin to 8-Pin Adapter

After this, you can use any standard ATX PSU!

Don't go below Tier 3. This is it.

This is only applicable if you have Mini Tower

All other models PSUs can not be upgraded!
