Dell Optiplex 960 (DT) Graphics Card Upgrade

Hello I have recently purchased a dell optiplex 960 with 8gb of ram and 3.0ghz quad 2 processor for 25 dollars and was hoping to improve the graphics card for gaming. I have the desktop version which requires a low profile. My current problem and question is involving which low profile card I can buy. The game I play is league of legends and usually on medium quality on my laptop. I was hoping to find a good low profile card priced in the range of 50-120 dollars that will run league around 40-50 fps . I am mostly confused on if I need a new PSU or will my 255w max be enough. Also the cheaper the better I am in the process of deciding on a new first build but want this to last for around 6 months.

which graphics card do u have right now?

As of right now currently I think it just has the standard on board intel 4400. I really am just looking for a decent not amazing low profile card that will last me a year or so and be able to run league at 40-60 fps on low to medium settings. I need it to fit the power supply and also fit the 1 pci slot plus the size I think has to be under a certain dimension.

I just reread your post and you have a 255W power supply. I have a 305W power supply, and I have an Nvidia GeForce GT 610, which is low profile, but unfortunately, the minimum supported wattage is 300W, so you have to upgrade your power supply.

I just reread your post and you have a 255W power supply. I have a 305W power supply, and I have an Nvidia GeForce GT 610, which is low profile, but unfortunately, the minimum supported wattage is 300W, so you have to upgrade your power supply.

Hi I was wondering would you know of any smaller graphics cards that are less power usage and would fit, and how well does your graphics card play low quality games? Would you know of any that would fit right now its hard to find optiplex upgrade guides.
