In my opinion it looks like it not possible, mostly because the layout is the issue, since the sff board is longer compared the the atx board. It mite but it will wither be a really tight fit or just impossible.

It will be a major PAIN in $%#@, due to OEM pc makers using proprietary parts like connectors and headers. The motherboard may be some odd size and things are very likely to not match up in the case like other non-oem parts would. you can try but it will be difficult and likely won't be worth the time and expenses in the end. I would highly advise against it
