Dell optiplex Motherboard size?

I want to upgrade my optiplex 3020 mini tower case but what size is the motherboard in it.

Micro ATX. But Dell does their own thing with front I/O wiring. Generally not recommended unless you're willing to figure out your own pinouts there.
