Dell Precision M6800 password

Hello,

I recently bought a used dell precision m6800 from ebay. It was listed as spares and repairs. The problem is, it has locked bios. I can boot windows setup via usb but it does not show any partition to install windows on it.

Is it possible to fix this problem by resetting the CMOS. if not, any idea how to fix it?

Resetting the bios will not reset a bios password.
