Dell Processor Upgrade For the Latitude E5530

I am looking for the best processor upgrade for my dell latitude E5530 I am looking for improvements in speed and a little gaming improvements

Right now it has the third gen i5 3210m : I would like to get a quad core if possable but what ever will be the best for the computer

I KNOW THAT I COULD JUST BUY A NEW COMPUTER BUT I DONT WANT TO.

I will be putting in 16gbs of 14900 pc3 ram

But Basically I am asking what would be the fastest processor i can put in this laptop?

You could put the i7-3520M in it but it's a 2core so it's rather pointless, so I'd go for the i7-3630QM. Also according to dell 8gb RAM is the limit, but it should run 2x8GB no problems.

I picked the i7-3520m due to the cost and it works perfectly.
