Hello All

I have a Dell R530 server which I am about to install UNRaid on.

I am waiting for drive trays to arrive so I can chuck in 8 drives but I have a question around the CD-Rom.

As the system came with no CD Unit Dell have just left the cables behind the blanking plate.

One is a standard SATA - Great. So I can connect a SSD for the Cache drive. But the power is a dell own connector.

Does anyone know if a converter can be purchased to make this a standard power connector to go on the back of a 2.5inc SSD?

TIA

With proprietary designs its sometimes easier to just buy the part designed for it.
Thanks Jimmy

A few moments after posting this I found the below. It looks to be the same connectors that Dell has left behind the blanking place, £6 it's worth a go.
