Question Dell rtx 2060super

Hello. I have a Dell G5 5090 desktop and I tried to upgrade the Mb with a msi h570-plus but motherboard can't recognize the video card. After windows install. Sent the Mb to a shop to test it and everything was ok. May it be because the gpu is a Dell?

Step 1 is the cable plugged into the card or the motherboard.
Step 2 if you haven't reinstalled windows, this will never work right.

Was a clean install and and everything was connected properly.
