Question Dell s2522hg monitor it's nearly impossible to peek and take gunfight in game

I have pretty good specs to run eSports game like valorant and csgo which I play and I have i5 12th gen 3060 ti 32 gb Ram I'm getting good fps and all the syncs are also off but it's nearly impossible to peek and shoot in game it's like I dont really get time to react and my mouse sensitivity also feels high compared to my other monitor which is benq 165 hz mobiuz I had my monitor replaced too but the issue is still same it's not even been 2 months after the purchase and yes I have checked all cables and everything monitor is also running on 240hz ,so please help me out its really really frustrating
