Question When I duplicate display my CS2 goes black screen with capture card so I thought of buying a splitter

Guys the only way I can play CS2 with my Elgato HD60X capture card is with Vulkan but I can't play Faceit with Vulkan and if I disable fullscreen and go windowed I have input lag but its the only way it works besides I have suspicion that I have huge FPS decrease more than a 100 with duplicate screen. So I thought this: What if I buy a display 2.1 splitter for my 9070 XT graphics card and then connect a 2.1 display port to HDMI on the splitter and then connect it to my capture card and the display port cable to my monitor? Will it work? Where can I buy a 2.1 display port splitter? This is my PC its all new and there is a lot of space in the SSD. I have razer deathadder v3 pro with 8k dongle and razer huntsman mini v3 pro and steel series arctis game buds with hyperx quadcast microphone.
