Question Dell S27DG16 or MSI Optix G32C4 ?

I currently own the Dell S27DG16 and have an opportunity to to buy the MSI G32C4 for about half the price new from someone. I don't need 2 monitors and was for sure if it would be a upgrade for me. I play PC games and currently run a i5 10600k with a EVGA 2080 Super. What advice would you give?

Its not the worth update for gaming purpose. (MSI G32C4) VA panel sucks for motion sensitive application but good contrast, technically slower than your existing TN pannel.
