The site for this display states it does 4K @ 60Hz so it looks like its just a 60Hz refresh rate monitor. I would assume it is since I bought the S33220DGF which is a 1440P monitor with a 165Hz refresh rate and is $100 dollars more than this one.

It basically has Freesync but is not really a gaming monitor. Its an everyday monitor with some gaming features.
