[SOLVED] Dell T1600 Fan speed Increased and loud after installing graphic card

Hello,
I got a Dell Precision T1600 computer having 16gb DDR3 Ram and an i5-2400 processor, Power supply Unit is 265W It is running perfectly without graphic card But
I get a graphics card Nvidia Quadro Fx 1700 only for display adapter purpose to run Adobe photoshop smoothly.
After Installing the Graphic card, the computer's fans are running very fast and loud and there is no display. Graphics card to fine was being used in another pc. Please let me know its cause and solution.

What graphics setup did you have before?
You may need to install the old GPU. Boot into Safe Mode (F8) and remove it's dirvers manually.
Then install the new GPU and boot F8 + internet, and locate and install the new GPU drivers.

I tried to follow this but whenever I install that graphic card I want to use which is Quadro Fx 1700 , Fan speed becomes loud and no display over the monitor.

I think it's a power problem.
The recommendation is a 450w psu; while it's an exaggerated estimate from the manufacturer to cover their own butts, it shouldn't be completely disregarded.
Yours is well over 200w below that recommendation; that's too low.

I think you are right I checked out graphic card PSU requirements and see a PSU Calculator online, I believe that is the main issue.

That GPU itself is 42W. That computer probably has a 95W CPU limit. 265W should be enough. But it could be a bad PSU.

I don't see a setting for running onboard +1 GPU in that. Is there a monitor still connected to the onboard GPU?
Rest the BIOS/CMOS.
Check your fan connections. Check the Dell Diagnostic LEDs. Then go into the BIOS/Mainteneace/ System Log/Thermal events and clear any error messages. Dell cooling fan errors need to be manully cleared.
Also look at SERR setting.
1 PCIe 164 pin slot is 4x and the other is 16x look into that also.
