[SOLVED] Dell T7500 Help Needed

Acquired a T7500, bare apart from MB, processor and fans / psu, Am getting a 1 + 2 on front panel when attempting to turn on, fans spin up for a few seconds then all stops, there is a yellow led (aux_pwr). When BIST on psu fans run full speed if mb connector is disconnected, but run low when it is. I have no ram, its in the mail, no post yet like this machine, will I need ram to POST, also machine had no grahics card, so what to put in, have ordered a £ 5 dell vga pci card, have a K600 quadro waiting to install. What are my options?,

I read that 1 + 2 is [**] faulty MB. What would I have to look for, oh had to straighten a few pins in the socket. Hellllllllllllp!

Yes but you said it has no RAM. You need a CPU and RAM for a computer to start to get to the BIOS.
