Dell TN Display has white line of pixels when dark.

Hey guys, what do you think the cause of this could be? There is a white line of pixel when the screen is black/idle/sleeping. But when the monitor is on and displaying any colors they dont appear??

Those look like dead pixel to me.
Already whole lots of them forming a line.

I thought this at first as well, but why dont they show up when there is an image on the screen or a video playing? (the second pic is of a video on youtube playing. The monitor was on its side in the first pic, so it would be the bottom right in the second pic and as you can see, they dont show up then)

Dead pixel comes in many form, white pixel appearing only during dark screen is also possible.
I am not 100% sure but it is still possible.

If monitor is new is return it for different one. If not, is it under warranty? It's all up to you on what you want to do.

No, its not under warranty or new. Im just baffled as to why it only shows when the screen is dark/sleeping. That doesnt make much sense to me.
