Dell U2312HM vs Dell P2414H (Which is better for office work and surfing the web)

I am trying to decide which one is better for officework. (Mainly document reading and writing)

Could you please suggest which one would be better suited for the task?

Both are overkill for office work. I'd get the p2414h for office work.

Ok, so which one would you suggest, other than these two?
The most important features for me are large work area, and that my eyes won't tire after a day of work.

Because both monitors are excellent I'd go with which ever is cheaper. They are both IPS monitors which are nicer on the eyes. Here is a review of the P2414H.

Both are flexible and easy to rotate or invert. I like this feature in my Dell Ultrasharp.

Thanks, in my locale, the U2312HM is cheaper by about 50$, so I think I'll go for it.
