dell ultrasharp or a similar cheaper monitor?

I'm looking for a 23-27" good gaming monitor, I cant decide between an ultrasharp or a monitor by a different company with similar specs. I dont know if the extra money is worth it from a quality perspective. should I get the 23" ultrasharp whenever I can get it on sale or should I get a bigger Asus or hp or some other monitor for the same price?

that looks like an amazing monitor but I'm guessing it's out of my budget ($250) and I don't see it online anywhere regardless

I'm looking to buy a monitor tonight or tomorrow, any help regarding my original question would be greatly appreciated, I've tried googling it many times to see if ultrasharps are worth the extra money compared to say dell non-ultrasharp series monitors or asus or lg monitors but I haven't been able to find much info aside from lg monitors use the same ips panels and should be good

the 23" dell ultrasharp is $200 with newegg's deals, is that my best choice for a good size good quality gaming monitor for my budget? ideally i'd prefer to spend $200 if I can, I've had my eye on the monitor for about 2 weeks, this is the cheapest i've seen it
