Dell Vostro 270 Upgrade

So my dad just gave me his old PC, Dell Vostro 270. And it is running on a extremely low specs:Intel Pentium G2020 and 2Gb of ram and 300W PSU. So I decided to buy a i5 3570k on Ebay, extra 8gb of Ram to replace the old 2gb and also a MSI 1060 GPU. I'm just wondering it is worth to do it? And will the motherboard of the Vostro 270 compatible with all the components I mentioned above? I'm really apreciate the reply, thank you!

I think they will work hwoever, I'd replace the PSU. Dell PSUs are notorious for being barely adequate
