Question Dell WHL 2005 not staring up

Hi, i have some problems with the following pc

Model, WHL
Manufacturer Dell
CPU, Xeon
Graphics card, Nvidia quadro fx1400

i connected the power cable and push on and 0 life ... it does nothing when i push the on button

i tried the following:
-Try to power it on with monitor, keyword, and mouse conectec, nothing
-Change the motherborad battery, nothing

this pc were left untoched for 15 years

i will try the power supply next

i am asking more to see is someone have and idea, i search the model but nothing come up

English in not my main language

Can you post the Dell service tag. On the front of the machine pull up the big Dell shield like a garage door and post a pic of the tag so we know what's parts were helping with.

At 9:22 into the video the explanation what happens to some of these old Dell power supplies. Some have the issue some don't.

The glue that holds the parts over time becomes conductive hosing the power supply.

I would for safety not open it and just replace with at least a borrowed power supply to make sure the rest of PC has life before throwing money at it.
