Question Dell xps 13 components

Hello. Because of budget limitation I am buying a Dell xps series 13 9360 R3905S laptop from a second hand app in China. But according to seller the laptop was bought on November 2018 and hasn't been unsealed yet . I checked the service tag on official website and everything was fine . I am thinking to ask him for 7 days no reason return condition. Can anyone tell me, how can I confirm that the all components and hardware used in the laptop are genuine ? It will save my big money . thanks in advance

Can you confirm anything before the laptop is in your hands? No.
Once you get the laptop go into device manager and make sure all of the hardware is there. Them stress test the laptop and make sure it doesnt crash.

thank you very much. I have already checked all the information regarding software and hardware shown by dell official website after providing service tag. I will go for stress test after i receive my delivery.
