Question DELL XPS 8300 SELECT BOOT DEVICE Issue

Hello so I just got a free i7 2600 system as I posted in one of the previous posts now I have a big issue its an DELL XPS 8300 and when I install my old hard drive in this new system I have it just says select boot device and restart Ive tried everything in bios setting my hdd as primary/boot device but it just goes in a loop. I pulled that HDD out of an AMD based system with an FX 8350 and Strix 570 this new system has an i7 2600 and MSI Gaming X 1060 6G i did use ddu to uninstall all RX 570 drivers before installing this hdd into my new system with 1060 but it wont boot but as soon as I put the hard drive in my FX system it boots up fine. Whats the issue here i've tried everything

You need a clean install, you can't just transplant an OS into different hardware and expect it to work.
