Dell Xps 8700 Front Panel Connections

So I have recently tried to move my Dell Xps Motherboard to a Corsair Carbide Spec-02 but I cannot figure out the F panel placements I was able to get the led light working but the power switche is not working so now when I turn on my power supply the PC fans turn on and I dont know how to turn it off Any help? Thanks!

OEM pc's usually use proprietary connectors. I recommend buying a new case.

That's the problem the front panel connectors on a new case do not work, I shoulda specified however the new case led lights come on but I have tried every pin possible for the power switch but when I turn on the power supply the fans turn on. I understand that dell used a proprietary front panel connector but even when I use their connector the system still won't turn off.
