Dell XPS1

Hello I have a Dell XPS1 all in one computer. When I turn it on, nothing comes up on the screen the fan is blowing at high speed and there are 2 beeps. Can someone tell me what could be wrong with it cause I really don't want to contact Dell and the warranty has expired.

Hey thanks for the response. So just so I'm clear my computer is not detecting any ram? I want to make sure I'm following what you wrote down clearly.
