what speed ram to used with this DX58M01 MB?

You may use either 2 gb or 4 gb of ddr3 1066 or 1333 sticks of dell or crucial ram. Samsung (hynix) also works with dell. Install the ram in pairs only; refer to your manual as to which slots to use for dual channel mode. Kingston uses hynix chips, and are often on sale where I live.
