Question DeLOCK 42612 : how the HDD is fixed inside

I would be grateful if you could help me find out how the HDD is fixed inside DeLOCK 42612.

I saw some small screws in one of the images, and one comment mentioned that after installation, the cushions would obstruct the removal of the screws + screws fix only to some plastic. I wonder if the HDD is meant to be fixed 'forever' under the glued cushions / if repeated screwing does indeed damage the plastic.

... perhaps you could recommend a durable rack to keep the 3.5 inch HDD stable enough during backpack travel – a rack with a USB-C (or USB-A) connection.

Except some that come with HDD built in, nobody makes enclosures to enslave HDD in forever.
