Denied access to files

I've copied over my music files from my old phone to my pc. I got rid of the phone.

I've tried to open the music files on my computer but it says "I don't have permission to view the file." I've even tried to open the files as an administrator but still no luck. These are my music files I've previously recorded and I want to listen to them.

Is there a way to access my music files? I really hope so
