Desktop Dosent Turn on help

Just bought a desktop and everything seemed to work fine on the first day. Then when i turned it on the second time on the other day nothing seemed to power on the only thing that light up was my mouse .No fans or Mobo light came on.My power supply power wire outlet is connected. Any Way i can fix this problem? Im new to gaming on pc.Specs , Mobo : gigabyte 970a-ds3p gpu:amd readeon r9 270x psu: EVGA 80 plus bronze 500 watts.Any help is needed ,Thanks
