Hi,
I am using a Windows 8.1 32bit OS
recently when ever I open a website or open a multiple website the computer freezes all of a sudden after 2 to 3 minutes the computer resumes again to normal and these happens quite a few times a day. one day the computer before start came a blue screen and said windows diagnose but nothing happened after several attempts i was able to turn on the computer but again as i said earlier the computer freezes for few minutes while using multiple windows on chrome and after few minutes gets back to normal
i did a scan on the computer with norton-360 and malware bytes but there seems to be no probs
my system config is as below
Intel core 2 Duo E75002.93GHz
mother board Gigabyte Tech (G41M-Es2L)
DDR 2 2GB RAM
500GB Hard DIsc

also please suggest me weather there's a problem with the RAM or any other thing also how to increase performance :ange:
thanks you guys !!!!!!!!

Hi there nileshjswl1991,

Unfortunately, many things could cause similar freezes.
- Faulty(or not enough) RAM could cause similar issues. I guess you can test it with some third party software tool. Also, you can reseat it or even attach it to a different slot. Adding an extra RAM stick should improve the overall performance.
- You can test your HDD: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/282651-32-best-diagnostic-testing-utility
- Measure your system's temps.
- Cleaning the dust out will not hurt as well.
