System Specs:
CPU: i7 6th Gen (6700K);
Motherboard: MSI (Z170A Gaming M7);
GPU: Nvidia GeForce RTX 2080 Ti (Founders Edition);
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 8*4 (32GB);
Power Supply: Corsair VS650;
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 103;
Cabinet: Cooler Master K380;
Monitor: LG 29UB67 21:9 UltraWide Business Monitor;
Internal HDD: Seagate ST2000VX000-1CU164 (2TB) and Samsung 860 Evo (500 GB);
External HDD: Seagate BUP Slim (2TB and 4TB)

When I use it for normal tasks, like watching videos or browsing the temps of CPU and GPU are in 40-50 C. But when I play games like Warframe, Anthem, etc. even with minimum settings CPU and GPU temps are going up to 86 C and the system is restarting.
I have done some basic troubleshooting like cleaned the cabinet thoroughly, changed thermal gel, removed all the three panels of the cabinet, etc. but nothing works, please help.

86 is warm but shouldn’t make your PC restart on the CPU.

What airflow have you got through and have you overclocked anything?

Hi, thanks for the reply and sorry for the delay

Other than CPU Cooler, the Cabinet came with inbuilt front facing inflow fan and I have installed a 120mm Fan at the back for outflow

The maximum temp limit for the GPU is given as 89C by Nvidia, and mine once touched 87C, So I'm really worried...

Do the fans ramp up at all when it’s running?
What CPU cooler do you have?

Probably try to download Afterburner, or the like, and change your GPU fan curve to something more aggressive.

Hi, I did use Afterburner and now using CAM instead.
The GPU I have is GeForce RTX 2080 Ti Founders Edition and I don't know how to curve it's Fans to something more aggressive, could you please tell how I can do it.
