Hello, I am having a problem with desktop that I have recently built. After turning off or hibernating my pc, when I press the power button, the led lights temporarily turn on but quickly turn back off (the light and system turns on for around second before turning off). After this, pressing the power button does not do anything (it does not even temporarily turn on the desktop). The only way to turn it back on is to unplug the power supply (and I have to unplug it, simply flipping the off switch on the power supply does not work), wait for around 15 seconds, then plug it back in. After doing this, everything works fine, but I am wondering what to do to get it to turn on without having to unplug it.
I am running an amd fx 8350 and nvidia geforce gtx 760 with a 600W corsair power supply.
