Desktop PC won’t load past Bios/Republic of Gamers screen

I recently moved my PC as I got a new desk for it. Since I tried to restart it, it has not gone past the republic of gamers/bios screen on startup.
I am not the most tech savvy as this is my first PC, and I had a friend help me assemble it.
I’ve tried removing and reinstalling the RAM drives as well as checking all the SATA cables are where they should be. Some of the other solutions I’ve seen are a little more complex/irreversible so I wanted to ask to make sure. It seems most likely that something has been dislodged since I moved it, but I’m not sure what.
Apologies for my incompetence, hopefully there’s an easy solution I just haven’t found!

most times it the video card. with the power off and unplugged see if the gpu will click in. you may have to unlock it from the mb first.
