A few changes. Sticking with a Z class board for future upgrades. Got you 2x16GB of faster DDR5, 6650XT instead of a 6600, PCIe 4.0 drive, and a lighter PSU. You can still opt for a cheaper aftermarket CPU cooler or go for the ATX 3.0 capable PSU for future upgrades if you want.

Good enough, yes,
The balance between cpu and gpu is good,
You can build as is.

Some thoughts:
Those who buy a F suffix processor eventually regret it,
Unless your budget is desperate, spend $25 more for a non f 13100
The 13100 comes with a very good stock cooler.
One can always change out a cooler later.

How many expansion slots will you ever use?
For most of us, it is exactly one for the graphics card.
A MATX sized motherboard will have 4 slots and will be cheaper.
Nobody gaming overclocks any more, they use the default turbo mechanism to boost a couple of cores past what an all core oc can do.
And, a non K processor can not be overclocked anyway.
A B660 or B760 motherboard would be good.

If you might be multitasking while gaming, I would buy a 2 x 16gb kit up front. 5000 speed is fine, Intel does not depend on fast ram for performance.
Ram must be matched in a single kit. That makes adding ram later iffy.

If you can, buy a 2 tb m.2 ssd up front.

I very much like your choice of the corsair rm 750w unit.
It can handle a much stronger future graphics upgrade,
PSU is NOT where you should economize.

Hello everyone,
Could somebody check if these parts that i chose are good enough to play some games?

Your choice of RAM is a bottleneck due to the high latency (CL40).

If you had a bit more to spend you could have a longer lasting machine as far as relevant performance and upgradability goes:
