Desktop Window Manager has stopped working when I turn it on and at start up.

Hi!
I've already searched and turned the internet over for a solution but nothing worked.
I've just installed a clean Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit and when I start the computer I get an error which says: "Desktop Window Manager has stopped working".
I have tried aswell to restart the DWM service but when I start it again I get again that error message.
So, I believe it's something with the DWM itself.
The windows is up to date.
I tried a few "cmd.exe" commands.

Also try running a disk check:

Backup all your important files if not already backed up.

Go to Start > All Programs > Accessories
Right-click on "Command Prompt" and choose "Run as administrator"

In command box, type in: CHKDSK /R

type in Y for yes then restart Windows.
Disk Check will run before Windows loads.
