desktop window manger taking up to 95% from gpu

hi
when i open my task manger i find a process called desktop window manger (dwm.exe) taking up to 95% usage from my gpu (gtx 1060)when i open a game or changing my window or do any thing and it goes down to 1% until i do a something like opening a new window ....when i play a game i get a drop frames (strongly) ....what should i do , i can not game any more

This appears to be a problem caused by scaling

see if this helps

I fixed this by turning off "Fix scaling for apps"

You can find it at

Display Settings -> Scale and layout -> Advanced scaling settings ->

Fix scaling for apps -> Let Windows try to fix apps so they're not blurry -> Off

(i already turned off fix apps blurry (did not work) )
i read the link you posted i do what he did(disabling the windows update service )and it worked ,but he said that the problem came again for him after 3 weeks , anyway i hope it will not come again
