Destiny 2 freezing after ocing ram

I have an asus tuf b450m motherboard, r5 2600, corsair vengance 8x2, and a msi 1070. so i recently overclocked my ram to the advertised speed of 3000mHz using DCOP and Destiny 2 will now seemingly freeze and then crash at random. i have my cpu oc'd to 4.9ghz

Are you sure it was at 4.9ghz r5 2600?!?

How is that OC working now in 2019?

Yeah....3.9GHz on the CPU maybe
