Destiny Bond?

Hello, I was wondering how you got destiny bond on a shuppet? I've tried
breading a shuppet with a koffing but it only knew knock off. Any
suggestions?

Better check the obvious: Make sure it's a female Shuppet (the female
determines the species, except in the case of Ditto) being bred with a level
45+ male Koffing (or Weezing level 51+) who actually has Destiny Bond...
